Can I trade my Pokémon TCG items with you?Absolutely! If you want to trade your Pokémon TCG items, use the Trade-In form on our site or email us at admin@nexthit.co.uk. We'll discuss the details with you.

Do you buy cards and collections?Yes! If you're selling singles or slabs, we'd love to see what you have. We buy at 70-90% of market value depending on the card and condition. If you're interested, please visit the Trade-In page via the link below.

What types of Pokémon TCG products do you offer?We offer English and Japanese Pokémon TCG products, including singles, slabs, and sealed items from vintage to ultra-modern eras. Most sealed stock is from the last 3-4 years. Check our site for updates.

How do you describe the condition of single Pokémon cards?We label the condition of singles in the product title and description (e.g., NM/NM+, LP, MP, Played, Damaged). For more details, email admin@nexthit.co.uk with "Singles Enquiry" to request photos.

What languages do you stock?Currently we stock English and Japanese Pokemon TCG products only.

Are sealed items new?Yes, we ensure all sealed products are brand new and factory sealed (unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page).

Do you provide tracking for Pokémon TCG shipments?Yes, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packages over 2kg include a signature. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

What happens if a product arrives damaged?Or course, we do our best to insure this doesn't happen - in fact it never has. Singles/ slabs are sent out in penny sleeves and toploaders with ding defenders where necessary and sealed items are wrapped in bubble wrap or protective paper. However, if an item does arrive damaged, please send us an email at admin@nexthit.co.uk with photos of the issue and we will do our best to make good.

Can I return a product?Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please send an email to admin@nexthit.co.uk and we'll do our best to make it right for you. Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged on the initial transaction. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How long will it take to receive my item?Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packages with total weight 2kg and above will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature. We ship within 24 hours of payment and typical delivery takes 1-3 working days from the date of your order being dispatched. Total time from order to receipt is typically 1-4 days.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately at the moment only to the UK. We want to be able to ensure items arrive in top condition and we lose control over this on overseas orders.
